Pick the suite and the hours, send the deposit, and the session is locked. We run 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays, so same-day is often possible if a slot’s open. Sessions go first-come, first-served, and the deposit is what holds it, so the sooner you lock a time, the better the odds it’s there when you want it. Call, text, or DM the front desk and they’ll handle it.

The room, a dedicated engineer, and a rough mix you leave with. The engineer handles recording, editing, and mixing throughout the session, and wraps the last 15 minutes to bounce and export a rough master so your song plays back loud and clear in the car or on headphones. File transfer is included: bring a hard drive to leave with your files, or we’ll send everything over WeTransfer. Sessions four hours and up include drinks, cookies, chips, and lemonade.

Three suites, three purposes. The SSL Suite is the largest, built around the iconic SSL console with the Sony C-800G microphone included, made for writers, teams, high-profile sessions, and mixing. The Apollo Suite is mid-sized and warm, an intimate room for recording vocals, mixing, and production. The Whisper Suite is built for pre-production and songwriting, a focused room set up for fast workflow. Rate follows the suite. If you’re not sure which one fits the project, the front desk will point you to the right one.

Four hours. Three-hour sessions are available before 2pm. Most first sessions run four hours or longer, enough time to set up, record, and leave with a rough mix in hand rather than racing the clock.

Yes. The house engineer is included in the room rate. Beyond that, you can build the session out: add a producer, a songwriter, or a senior engineer, each at an additional hourly rate. The full creative team is in-house, so a session can go from idea to finished record without leaving the building. Tell the front desk what the song needs and they’ll set it up before you arrive.

Come in with your material organized and the session moves faster. If you’re recording to beats, have them ready to play. If you’re working from an existing track, bring the session or the stems so the engineer can load it and confirm everything’s there. Have your lyrics written or memorized, and a clear idea of the sound you’re after. If you run a specific vocal chain, mention it; the room carries industry-standard outboard gear and a full plugin suite. The more decisions you’ve made before you walk in, the more of the session goes to the work.

A mix is where the individual parts (vocals, beat, ad-libs, harmonies) get balanced, treated, and blended into one cohesive track. A master is the final polish on that finished mix: the step that makes it sit loud, clean, and consistent next to commercial releases on streaming and in the car. Every session includes a rough mix and rough master so you leave with something that plays back right. Full mixing and mastering are available as dedicated services when a song’s ready for release.

A 60% deposit reserves the session; the balance is due on arrival before you start. We take POs, ACH, wire, cash, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and card. If you’re paying by card, the cardholder, the card, and a matching photo ID all need to be present at the session; photos of any of the three aren’t accepted. Sessions run first-come, first-served, and the deposit is what locks the slot.

Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and your payment is held as a credit on file for six months. Inside 24 hours, the session time is charged in full. You can reschedule once; a second change is treated as a cancellation. Sessions that end early aren’t credited or rolled over. All sales are final. The short version: give us a day’s notice and you’re covered.

Yes. The SSL Suite holds 15+ guests; the Apollo Suite holds 8 and the Whisper Suite 6. We’ll have a guest list for you to fill out on arrival. One rule, no exceptions: no pets in the facility.

It’s your song, and you own the files, full stop. Default delivery is MP3; you can also get WAVs, stems, multitracks, or the engineer’s session file. Bring a drive to leave with everything, or we’ll send it over WeTransfer. Ask your engineer to set aside time during the booked session for the transfer so it’s done before you go.
